Compare similar specifications

Compare the same color family, inclusion category and piece-size band. Clean and partial-inclusion entries are separate price categories. Trade names describe appearance; they are not laboratory certificates or a universal grading standard.

Common and rare price groups

The estimator treats clean gold yellow, clean orange, pigeon-blood-to-cherry red, wood pattern, solid-dark black and pure milky Mila as its rare discount group. Other listed grades use the common discount group. This is the estimator’s commercial grouping, not a scientific rarity classification.

Natural appearance and illustrations

Natural pieces vary in tone, translucency and inclusions. The polished bead illustrations represent color families; the price guide is for rough material. Confirm the exact product and inspect photographs of available material before choosing a lot.

Authenticity and treatment questions

Color alone cannot establish origin, age or treatment status. Ask what evidence supports the seller’s description and whether an independent gemological examination is available for the selected lot. Any laboratory report should correspond to the material actually supplied.
